DASH delivers your offers to verified celebrators within your configured geofence on the days they've told us matter. We provide dashboards, AI assistants, and reporting tooling.
Pricing & billing
Three plans: Dash Basic ($29/mo), Dash Pro ($49/mo), Dash Elite ($97/mo). All plans include a 30-day free trial; a valid payment method is required to start. Annual billing saves 20% (Basic $23/mo, Pro $39/mo, Elite $77/mo) and commits the merchant for the full 12-month term. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month — no mid-month, partial-month, or prorated refunds. Annual plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable for the duration of the term. Chargebacks are prohibited; disputed transactions are grounds for suspension. Failed payments retry 3x over 7 days before suspension.
Offer requirements
Offers must be truthful, redeemable, and consistent with your published business. No bait-and-switch, no expired-on-arrival offers, no exclusions buried in fine print.
Brand usage
You may use the DASH name and logo to indicate participation. Press kit at /press. Do not modify, sublicense, or imply DASH endorsement beyond participation.
Redemption obligations
Honor any active offer at the time and price published. If an offer hits its cap, edit or pause it from your dashboard — do not refuse mid-day without good cause.
TCPA compliance
You authorize DASH to deliver SMS messages on your behalf only to celebrators who have opted in. STOP/HELP keywords handled automatically. You will not import third-party lists.
DNC compliance
DASH scrubs against state and federal DNC registries continuously. Do not export celebrator contacts for use outside the DASH platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend immediately for repeated guideline violations.
Refunds
Full refund within first 30 days of paid service if unsatisfied. Otherwise prorated to the day of cancellation.
