Acceptance
By signing up, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use DASH.
Eligibility
You must be 16+ to use DASH as a celebrator and 18+ to operate a merchant account. You must have authority to enter agreements on behalf of any business you sign up.
Account
You're responsible for your credentials. Tell us within 24 hours if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud or abuse.
User content
You retain rights to content you submit (photos, reviews, business info). You grant DASH a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for the duration of your account.
Merchant offers
Merchants are solely responsible for honoring offers they publish. DASH is not a party to the transaction at the register and does not guarantee redemption.
Prohibited uses
No scraping, reverse engineering, impersonation, harassment, illegal goods/services, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or geofences.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend immediately for material breach. Termination does not affect already-accrued fees.
Disclaimers
DASH is provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant offer redemption or merchant performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DASH's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
Delaware law, exclusive jurisdiction in New York County, NY. Class actions waived; disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
Changes
Material changes notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
